Service Excellence I started bringing my vehicle to Conicelli Toyota for service when I moved to the area. Even though I could go to another dealer located a bit closer I started bringing my vehicle to Conicelli Toyota for service when I moved to the area. Even though I could go to another dealer located a bit closer I choose Conicelli based on previous experience with the service department. I was initially taken aback by the amount of people that the service area holds and supports at a given time but they proved that they are efficient and respectful of your time. The service area is very large but the staff goes out of its way to make you feel as service is a bit more personal and offers things such as a local shuttle, Free wifi and a comfortable lounge area. While I admit at times it gets hectic and I have waited my fair share of time to get my vehicle serviced I always left feeling I got good service at a fair price. More

AutoPayPlus Deception!!! I worked out a great deal with Steve Baker and was personally escorted to see a finance manager Johnathan Campo, to finish my purchase. Everything was I worked out a great deal with Steve Baker and was personally escorted to see a finance manager Johnathan Campo, to finish my purchase. Everything was fine during the visit- I spoke with Johnathan about my previous experiences buying Toyota vehicles and that the sales part has always been where things get fishy. I declined all of the "extras" and Johnathan asked me if I would be doing biweekly payments through Toyota Financial Services. I replied "yes" and he offered to get everything set up for me to save time on the website. Turns out he enrolled me in some third party payment program, and once again-- I leave with a poor taste in my mouth. While he was talking about dogs, he was being dishonest! This third party service will not make biweekly payments on your behalf but will hold it and pay monthly. If you know the power of daily compounding interest--you see why this is nonsensical. Now I have to pay $400 to get out of AutoPayPlus agreement. I take ownership of my role for not reading everything very closely but I don't appreciate the intentional deception on Johnathan's part. Shame on you!! Cave Canem! More

Total disappointment !!!! She stated it wouldn't take long when we arrived sales person was prompt but he printed out a list of cars and then stated he couldn't find anything, we didn't even take a look around the lot and the online cars I showed him he said was no longer available. What a waste of time. I asked for a manger he came over and attacked us and said he couldn't sell us a car if my dad allowed me to drive it. I'm totally puzzled what gives him the right? By this time my dad walks out and decided to go elsewhere. Ray the GM came over to try to resolve but to late my father is totally turned off . My oldest Son was also ready to purchase a car he was also turned off and the dealership just lost 2 customers!!! What a waste of time get it together!! More
