The only portion of the experience that I would recommend a change to would be the wait to sit with the financial person and finalize the deal. Stacy, the mechanic Jerry, and the rental dept were all ready and waiting as my vehicle and I arrived within an hour of my call, and I was out the door in a rental within a few minutes. That's what I call going above and beyond for a customer. My bumper to bumper warranty covered all expenses. Stacy kept me in the loop about the repair and surprised me that it was fixed so quickly. Stacy and the entire service department are always so pleasant to deal with but I'm even more impressed that when a big issue came about for me this team went above and beyond my expectations.
