Service and repairs was FLAWLESS! So I had an appointment at the service shop for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I arrived a little earlier because I was coming straight fro So I had an appointment at the service shop for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I arrived a little earlier because I was coming straight from work. As soon as I entered the service bay, I was greeted very politely and professionaly. The bay where you pull in by the way is absolutely GENIUS! It's a huge 3 door bay with automatic doors upon entering and exiting where customers pull in. It's really cool because it keeps you and your car out of the outdoor elements. I was previously here when it was snowing out and in the bay was very welcoming heat so it is definitely got that going. The waiting room was very spacious with huge tvs and even a self serve coffee station which I used to endulge in some complimentary hot chocolate. They also have vending machines available. The restrooms were very nice and upkept. As far as the waiting time, it definitely wasn't more than a half hour before I was back in my car. The service manager himself came out to the waiting room and gave me the low down. Everything went well, and he even told me about my brakes which I had time still. If I had a con it would be the oil change price itself but even that wasn't terribly bad considering it is the dealership. I recommend this dealership. More
