Purchasing a vehicle is the 2nd biggest purchase to a house and Pat made it feel like I was buying something at the grocery store, it was that easy. I'm going to recommend Pat to anyone I know that I overhear that are on the market for a new vehicle. Aside from Pat, Nick in Finance made the paperwork flow smoothly. It's a lot of signing but he was on top of everything and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I asked. I took all the documents he had ask me to bring most recent pay stubs,driver's license, current bank statement, family/personal references,auto insurance info, and of course always helpful a down payment always helps the deal.He took my info told me to wait a bit so the finance department got me approve, my credit was low but he found me a lender with a very reasonable payment. I had chosen a vehicle prior to my visit (used) with very good mileage. I'm please to say that I got the loan and the vehicle I wanted a good reliable fuel efficient compact suv Rav 4. Conicelli really treats its customers with 5 stars approach, also making the experience pleasant with their always innovative lounge, very clean restrooms and relax atmosphere.
