Frank Lynch was straight up about the used car. He didn't hide any details and pointed out all the scratches around the car. I liked this the most about him. No covering up, no surprises. Frank was also very helpful in providing me with options for insurance and financing. Overall I had a great experience, and have no hesitation in recommending Conicelli and Frank to anyone. More
