They have never let me down. After years of having my Matrix maintenance done at Conicelli Toyota it was time for a new car. After interviewing 10 different makes/models at 10 different dealerships I narrowed it down to Conicelli and one other dealership. I tried to negotiate a deal at both dealerships. One did the typical'foolish games' of car sales a little too long and not well enough so I left after spending 90 minutes there and a ridiculous valuation on my trade-in. My experience at Conicelli was the opposite. There was some negotiation but they gave me fair quotes in reasonable increments. This meant that in 30 minutes Frank Lynch and I negotiated the price of my new car and the value of my trade-in. Based on my internet research I know I got a good value - by that I mean they made a little on the transaction and I did not get taken advantage of. More

He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably and even recommended a local insurance agent who was able to provide coverage the same day, so my daughter could drive the car home. We came looking for a very reliable car to replace our old, 2000 Corolla, which served us extremely well and Jacob was very welcoming, attentive, & hospitable - not your typical car salesman. Brand new was a little too expensive for us at this stage, so he got us a very good deal on a Certified, Pre-Owned 2013 Corolla LE. Barbara & I are usually not a fan club of salespeople, but Jacob is different - warm, hospitable, engaging, & knowledgeable. We came away from the deal with a nearly new car and a very good feeling.
