He made sure that I did have options to help build my credit so in the future I could get the vehicle I wanted. We ended up with a beautiful 2013 Corolla and I couldnt have been happier! This story involves a dreamboat of a salesman, Frank Lynch, Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken and a husband and wife who found themselves needing to purchase a new car in a matter of days. We asked a Conicelli employee to give us the name of a used car salesman. He gave us the name and number of Frank Lynch. We called Frank when we got home. From the time we first talked, Frank made it clear that he would do everything he could to help us find the right car. He did that and then some. One week later, as my husband and I drove our “new” car out of the Conicelli parking lot, I knew that Frank Lynch had made this happen. He had done everything he could for us and thanks to Frank Lynch, my husband and I were on our way home driving a 2014 Clearwater Blue Toyota Camry XLE which had only been driven 4660 miles which included a Toyota CERTIFIED warranty that would cover repairs for the next 95,330 miles with a monthly car payment that was within our price range. We traded in our two “old” cars (2005 Toyota and a 2002 Honda) for a beautiful “new” used car that will get us where we’re going in grand style as well as safely and securely. Frank Lynch is a car salesman who gives CAR SALESMEN a good name. He gives his profession a GOOD NAME because he is a GOOD GUY. I have already been recommending him to family and friends. I recommend him to anybody who is reading this review. Frank Lynch’s name is “written in stone” as far as I am concerned and the only name I need to know when it comes to buying a car. Using a little play on words, Frank is a LYNCHPIN at Conicelli Toyota with “linchpin” being defined as “a person or thing vital to an enterprise or organization. In my book, Frank Lynch is not only a lynchpin but he’s also a kingpin for whom the customer comes first and who treats the customer in good-hearted fashion from beginning to end. Pete Papa went over our options and even gave us some tips to help us to building our credit. it was a challenge for him as we were upside down with our trade and had no down payment. He was able to ( with the help of Arkadiy Kichin) put us in the vehicle we wanted without breaking us payment wise. No pressure on what car I wanted - My third time buying here Ray and Bob Gillespie handled my buying a 2014 Corolla. I requested to see several cars, and when Bob saw that I was looking for a smaller car he rec Ray and Bob Gillespie handled my buying a 2014 Corolla. I requested to see several cars, and when Bob saw that I was looking for a smaller car he recommended the Corolla. (I had a Camry ) They are still a nice smaller car but have so much more room and handle great on the road. Bob spent the time and patience with me in making my choice. Took several cars for road test, showing me the different features etc. I was very pleased with my complete time with them both. It was a very busy weekend and while I was there this past Saturday was amazed at the people coming in to showroom. Everyone coming in was greeted and taken care of in a amazing amount of time. You have a wonderful showroom with great sales people. Again I cannot say enough of how the quality and friendliness of both Ray and Bob handle my sale. Also a cheer for the men in the department that gets your new car off the lot and into my hands. More

Best Experience at a Car Dealership I'd been to about 5 different dealerships before I decided to go to this one and it was the best decision I made.
