Our sales consultant was Mr Jacob Dank who made the whole experience of buying a car a pleasure. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably and even recommended a local insurance agent who was able to provide coverage the same day, so my daughter could drive the car home. I will definitely recommend Conicelli and especially Jacob to my other children, family and friends. He gets a five star rating from us. More

However, I am glad to report that my wife, Barbara, & i had a very pleasant experience with Salesman Jacob Dank on Labor Day, 09/01/2014. We came looking for a very reliable car to replace our old, 2000 Corolla, which served us extremely well and Jacob was very welcoming, attentive, & hospitable - not your typical car salesman. Brand new was a little too expensive for us at this stage, so he got us a very good deal on a Certified, Pre-Owned 2013 Corolla LE. Barbara & I are usually not a fan club of salespeople, but Jacob is different - warm, hospitable, engaging, & knowledgeable. We came away from the deal with a nearly new car and a very good feeling. This story involves a dreamboat of a salesman, Frank Lynch, Conicelli Toyota in Conshohocken and a husband and wife who found themselves needing to purchase a new car in a matter of days. We asked a Conicelli employee to give us the name of a used car salesman. He gave us the name and number of Frank Lynch. We called Frank when we got home. From the time we first talked, Frank made it clear that he would do everything he could to help us find the right car. He did that and then some. One week later, as my husband and I drove our “new” car out of the Conicelli parking lot, I knew that Frank Lynch had made this happen. He had done everything he could for us and thanks to Frank Lynch, my husband and I were on our way home driving a 2014 Clearwater Blue Toyota Camry XLE which had only been driven 4660 miles which included a Toyota CERTIFIED warranty that would cover repairs for the next 95,330 miles with a monthly car payment that was within our price range. We traded in our two “old” cars (2005 Toyota and a 2002 Honda) for a beautiful “new” used car that will get us where we’re going in grand style as well as safely and securely. Frank Lynch is a car salesman who gives CAR SALESMEN a good name. He gives his profession a GOOD NAME because he is a GOOD GUY. I have already been recommending him to family and friends. I recommend him to anybody who is reading this review. Frank Lynch’s name is “written in stone” as far as I am concerned and the only name I need to know when it comes to buying a car. Using a little play on words, Frank is a LYNCHPIN at Conicelli Toyota with “linchpin” being defined as “a person or thing vital to an enterprise or organization. In my book, Frank Lynch is not only a lynchpin but he’s also a kingpin for whom the customer comes first and who treats the customer in good-hearted fashion from beginning to end. I wanted a pickup or an suv but Pete informed me that because I technically did not have any established credit it would be unlikely. But he didnt stop there! He made sure that I did have options to help build my credit so in the future I could get the vehicle I wanted. We ended up with a beautiful 2013 Corolla and I couldnt have been happier! Pete Papa went over our options and even gave us some tips to help us to building our credit. it was a challenge for him as we were upside down with our trade and had no down payment. He was able to ( with the help of Arkadiy Kichin) put us in the vehicle we wanted without breaking us payment wise.
