After leaving three voicemails for the service department, I finally had to call the sales department to get someone on the phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and was able to get m department, I finally had to call the sales department to get someone on the phone. After standing there for a minute or two, I was finally greeted by someone after being ignored the entire time. Everyone in the sales department is always very helpful service not so much.
