I needed the inspection with tire rotation. The technician destroyed the wheel lock key, and they asked for $480 to removal the wheel lock. When picking up the car, the advisor did not say anything . I asked how the brakes and tires are, he responded "I don't know". Best advisor ever. More
The service was good and the staff was very helpful. The issue was for a 6 month service and brake change it took 4 hours. That did limit me as to what I could accomplish that day. Up to my last appointment I’ve been very satisfied with the service and quality of work that I received at the Conicelli dealership in Springfield PA My appointment for an oil change was at 10 AM. I c the service and quality of work that I received at the Conicelli dealership in Springfield PA My appointment for an oil change was at 10 AM. I checked in at 9:50. I was notified by Service by text that my car was brought in for service at 11:15. I was advised by my service writer at 11:45 that my battery failed a load test and that it needed to be replaced. When I told him that the batteries been replaced a little over two years prior, he checked the records and told me it was out of warranty. when I got home, I checked and found true start battery have 84 month warranty. Honesty and integrity is all I’m asking for when I bring my car in for service. More
Making the appt took 3 phone calls in addition to setting it on you website. The first 2 callers claimed neither I nor the rav4 had ever been to Conicelli.
