I have purchased all six of my new cars from Conicelli Toyota Springfield. My family members purchase cars at Conicelli. We are loyal customers. We appreciate a good thing. At the same time, we recognize when things are not good. Your front desk staff at the Service Department are unprofessional, unkind and down-right rude. This is not a new development. On my visit last week, your staff did not acknowledge my arrival, left me standing for an inordinate amount of time, deliberately avoiding eye contact with me. Three other employees who were not on the front desk were embarrassed and outraged at the treatment I was getting. They actually told me that this is a common occurrence with the front desk staff. The encouraged me to speak with the manager. I met briefly with the manager. He told me that he was aware of the problem. For what it's worth, something has to be done. Bad culture is bad business. Communication is key. If one person would have simply greet your customer, let them know someone will be with them shortly...that's all it would take for completed satisfaction. Thank you. More
