On 24May2024, when I arrived home from getting my 110K service with my Tacoma after a tire rotation and Brake inspection, I noticed was missing a hub cap on my front passanger side rim. This is the second service with my Tacoma after a tire rotation and Brake inspection, I noticed was missing a hub cap on my front passanger side rim. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time this happened, I bit the bullet and bought a new hub cap. I think it would be great of conicelli toyota of Springfield to find the missing hubcap or reimburse me and replace the one that was just lost. The mechanics need to be more careful when removing, handling, and properly reinstalling the caps. I was having no problem with that ornament wheel hub at all, coming off or broken to that point up to that point More

I took my car in due to the low tire pressure light coming on despite filling the tire just about every day for a few days straight. The first time I took my car in, they told me it was a loose valve s coming on despite filling the tire just about every day for a few days straight. The first time I took my car in, they told me it was a loose valve stem and that it was fixed. The light was off when I picked up my car. The next morning, the low tire pressure light was on again. I scheduled another service and took my car back in. This time, they replaced the tire stating there was a nail in it. I have never had any issues with service at this dealership and I will return. However, I gave 3 stars because this should have been caught the first time. It is extremely inconvenient to be without a car, especially with a baby, for two entire days. More
