The Servicing Department is horrible. Wait times are always much longer than I have experienced with other dealerships. Omar is the name of one of the Service Representative here. He did not provide me with any status updates as I waited over 3 hours for my car to get inspected. He told me he did not have a status update when I respectfully asked for one, and he did not obtain a status update for me. Omar did not ask me for my insurance and registration when I arrived, so he called me on my cell phone and had me bring this documentation to him; since he was too lazy to walk a few feet to the lobby to get the documentation from me as I waited in the lobby. Really? After over 3 hours of waiting for my car to be inspected, I was told that my car did not pass inspection because it needs tires. Based on my experiences at Conicelli Toyota in Springield, PA, I can say that it is NOT a nice place to do business. More
