Lost! Had a recall so I set up time once part came in. No call, I contacted them after 4-6 weeks and was told part was in. Set a time to drive up there from Wichita to only find out not all the parts were in call, I contacted them after 4-6 weeks and was told part was in. Been another month and still have not heard anything. Sure I probably will never be contacted and fairly sure that part has been in if they ordered it? Seems only way to find out is I contact them, way it has been going since this recall started. My review of their service department on this whole ordeal is they seam lost! More

Took car in for door window fix and clicking noise .... the window got fixed but the clicking noise is still present. Told service person and they said he misunderstood.
