I was met at the service entry bay with a smile as I arrived on time for replacing the front brakes. I enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee while I waited. We were traveling through Salina on a long road trip but our car was damaged badly due to a minor accident. Luckily, we were able to get our car to them and they were able to get the major repairs done in our car was damaged badly due to a minor accident. They made every part of our process easy. From helping us work with our insurance company, to helping us look for rental cars, to supporting us with grace and kindness as we were stranded there until a family member 5 hours away was able to pick us up. We have our car back now and can travel home safely due to their work. I thank you all there at Conklins very much! We love our Toyotas and have received great service here at Conklins in Kansas, and at our home town Toyota in Ohio! More
