Took a week to get an online appointment. When I got there they told me the transmission mechanic doesn't work everyday and I would have to leave the truck for a few days until he comes in. Just bought a new truck at Conley Buick GMC and it was well worth the drive to Bradenton. Ask for Kurt in sales, he's new to the area, but he made the process very easy. I waited several weeks for a part to come in, two more weeks for and appointment for the repair. Bought a 2019 Buick Encore from this place. Salesman was Bobby Martin. Thought it was a nice smooth deal. The day after purchase, I noticed that the side panel door had a missing speaker cover, and a small hole. Obviously someone tried to put in another speaker. I called Bobby right away, he assured me they would fix it. I told him I was going out of state for an extended period of time. He told me to call when I returned and they would fix it. I was out of state for 3 months. It was longer than anticipated due to a death in family. I just returned, took the car in, and was told it was too long. It would be $400.00 to fix it. Said he only made $28.00 commission on the sale. Like I am going to believe that!! Not the straight up guy I thought he was. They do not stick to what they tell you. Very dissatisfied and will not go back. More
Our sales Rep Eric Sowers did what he could and help us as much as he could. But the financial guy Bob, we would never deal with again ! We trusted Bobbie’s and Robert’s word giving us a better rate and de as much as he could. But the financial guy Bob, we would never deal with again ! We trusted Bobbie’s and Robert’s word giving us a better rate and deal they stated . And Bobbie stated we can use our own but Robert during paperwork said they would never except outside financing. we already had set and approved with our financial at lower rate . We were there from 1:30 to after 7 pm. Robert made a personal stated which we did not take lightly .Our money must not be as valuable to us as his is to him bc we did not buy into protections. The vehicle is full of smoke which Eric said it was detailed a filter change but it is still overwhelming as we are non smokers that should have been taken care of when you received the vehicle. The Buick side gave us 2 oil changes but we live 70 miles one way. So gas would cost us that much to even use I wanted to buy a vehicle with a pleasant purchase. It became a nightmare unfortunately. My husband and I were visiting Florida for the winter. When we first arrived Our GPS/Satellite was not working properly and OnStar recommended we have it checked out. I was told by the receptionist that someone would call me back to make an appointment. No one ever called back. This past Saturday a display light came on the dashboard indicating there was something wrong with the cooling system. OnStar ran a diagnostic test and indicated we needed to have this problem taken care of immediately. I once again reached out to Conley Buick GMC, only to be told by the receptionist that the service manager was busy would call me back. It is now Tuesday and I still haven't heard back from them. I will never call Conley Buick GMC again and I would never go to them to buy a new vehicle. Their SERVICE department needs to be trained how to return calls. Very poor. More
