I walked through the door early Monday morning and Dana greated me right away. She helped me through every step and even had conversation with me that wasn't just about selling a car. I was upset because I had to part with a car I held dear for something more reliable and was stressed out. Dana eased me into the perfect car for me. Unfortunatly the car had some troubles with the AC fan the very next day. I took it back, and they fixed it free of charge. When it failed again, they helped me again, this time getting to the root of the problem. Although it wasn't the picture perfect senario, Dana stuck with me and made me feel at home. This is my second experience with them, and I would most definetly go back again and again! More
