He was timely in his response back to me with any questions and thoroughly explained where they (the dealership) were coming from and willing to do. After buying the vehicle he took the time to go over all controls - which can be involved per the amount of new safety / automatic systems presented in new vehicles. Bill was a professional gentleman. After buying the Highlander, I have been back to Continental to have after-market items added to the vehicle. My interaction with Agata Gal has been equally nice.
