We bought a used RAV4 and think we got a good price. We had been to various dealerships based on her search on the internet for her ideals for what that car should be. After a couple of stops in the south suburbs, we decided to visit our old friends at Continental to walk the lot to see what we could find. This was at 8:15 pm. We figured if we found something, we would note it and return the next day to see the specifics of the car. After a few minutes, Kenny Gross came up to introduce himself and ask about our interests. He told us that a 2007 Toyota Corolla had just come in that might suit our needs. Did it! Low mileage and a Toyota! It took awhile, but the deal was done. We were exhausted and couldn't think clearly, but the people we worked with (Kenny, Kiwon, and Dominic) were so patient with the going back and forth (should we do it? should we wait?) We really appreciate them staying until 10:15 to get this deal done. I should add that this is the fifth car we have purchased from Continental. We keep coming back because of the people. The people do make a diference! More

In a day and age when so many people only care about themselves, we found it absolutely refreshing to find such a positive buying experience from ALL of members of the staff. The folks at Continential Toyota took a general interest in what type of car would meet our needs. They worked with us to narrow down a few choices from their inventory, look them over, drive them, come to an agreeable price on our favorite vehicle and finally complete the purchase.
