Well worth the trip I was turning in my leased 2015 Red Toyota Rav4 for a 2018 Rav4 and returned to the dealership that I have leased 2 other Rav4's from. I was returning to the same dealership because each time I do, I am treated like a very special person. My Salesman, Ian Goldberg has always shown great patience, professionalism and good humor while putting up with my indecision on color of auto and interior of auto, etc. I know he has been selling cars for a long time and it shows when he is working with you.. He explains all the bells and whistles in great detail so I know what I am doing when I leave the dealership. I also met and was treated with courtesy by Sam Adam, the Manager that worked with Ian. Oil Change I came in with an appointment for an oil change. At first, the wrong record was pulled and I was told I do not get a tire rotation as I purchased tir I came in with an appointment for an oil change. At first, the wrong record was pulled and I was told I do not get a tire rotation as I purchased tires somewhere else. That was incorrect as I had just purchased my tires at Continental last year. It worried me that the wrong information was so easily accessed and incorrect. The waiting room couldn't be better. Coffee, water and apples were offered. I was told I needed a new air filter, but never saw the old one. I went ahead and purchased one for the same price as my oil change, thus doubling the price of what I came for. I feel as if Continental (or probably any dealership) constantly tries to sell me something I don't need and I am hesitant about servicing my car there for that reason. I continue to go there as I feel the service is good and I like to have all my records with you, but I would like to hear a honest opinion rather than a sell-job. I have spent several thousands of dollars just in the past couple of years and my husband keeps saying "they want you to buy a new car". I'd like to feel that I can rely on you for an honest opinion and I don't. I'm not sure how you can correct that except to put yourselves in your customer's shoes. I love my car and I love Toyota and will continue my service with Toyota. More
