I had spoke to Shawn earlier on the telephone & explained to him I was looking for a car for my 18 yr old niece & he was all over it. By the time we arrived he had a few vehicles already picked out. He not only showed us the cars but explained the benefits of each one pertaining to my niece's needs; mpg, safety features, reliability, etc. We took the first car he had picked out for us for a test drive (he even brought it inside for us so we didn't have to walk out into the cold) & my niece was pretty much sold but he kindly insisted that we at least look at the others just so she didn't jump at the first one she saw (being that this would be her first car). After checking out 3 other cars, my niece decided on the first one. Shawn made sure all her questions were answered & that she was absolutely sure this was the right vehicle before beginning the paper work & getting us on our way. The whole visit was surprisingly painless because of Shawn's sociability & sense of humor. I'm shocked to admit it a very pleasant experience & that's the first time I've ever actually been able to say that about buying a car. More
