Leasing a car made easy I was not in the market for a car but someone changed that by totaling out my car. This car was being driven by my daughter who is away at school for I was not in the market for a car but someone changed that by totaling out my car. This car was being driven by my daughter who is away at school for her student teaching. It was a very dependable car and I needed to get a car just as dependable. When I went to Continental I was shopping and not ready to buy yet. Joe Buscemi sat me down and explained that maybe I should consider leasing because my daughter would not be driving all that much. I was very skeptical about leasing but Joe's explanation made perfect sense to me. He could have tried to sell me a new car but he was considerate of our situation. We now have a new car for the next 2 years which is very dependable. I am very appreciative of the way he treated me. He made this a very painless situation. I will be back to get a car from Joe Buscemi and Continental Toyota. Thank You Joe. More
Rare dealership willing to negotiate a fair price This is the second vehicle we purchased from Dean Reo at Continental in the past 13 months. 1st was a 2015 Camry XLE and now a used Avalon. Beyond what I expected! I walked into the dealership thinking I'll get to test drive one of the cars I'm interested in and then hear the typical " if you buy today we will bl I walked into the dealership thinking I'll get to test drive one of the cars I'm interested in and then hear the typical " if you buy today we will bla bla bla.." To my pleasant surprise a young lady greeted me at the front door and asked me "how can I help you today?". I answered with a quick "I'm just looking" and her response made me laugh.. "My optometrist says I have 20/20 vision! Let's look together." We test drove a few used Siennas, and when I picked out the one I was interested in.. She showed me the carfax and the service history she was able to pull up. (Karolina was a service advisor at this dealership!) I negotiated the price with Karolina and CJ, the used car manager, and that same day I left the dealership with my new minivan! Thank you Karolina and CJ for making my visit to the dealership feel so at ease. I will recommend this dealership, especially CJ and Karolina to anyone that I know that looking for a vehicle. Mostafa was great! I found the Sienna I wanted and negotiated the price through email with Brittany. She was quick to reply to my emails and respected my desire to comm I found the Sienna I wanted and negotiated the price through email with Brittany. She was quick to reply to my emails and respected my desire to communicate only by email. When we arrived she set up a lot of the paperwork and I had filled out my financing forms ahead of time online, she was off so we dealt with Mostafa. My main goal was to be in& out and he made that happen. I appreciated that he didn't try to waste our time and worked hard to get us home before our babysitter had to leave. He was respectful of us and worked really hard. More
