Excellent Customer Service who turned a drop-in to a Sale I was in the market for a new Sienna. So I had been talking to some dealers. So after sometime I negotiated a price with a dealer and left home to pur I was in the market for a new Sienna. So I had been talking to some dealers. That morning I had got a promotional email from your dealership and I told myself that let me check them out en-route to the dealership that I was going to. In the past I had been to Grossinger Toyota and had a terrible terrible experience that I will never ever do business with them. So being skeptical, I came into the dealership 'just to check out'. I was assigned to talk to Djamal Oucif and that was the it. Djamal gave such an amazing experience that he made us extremely comfortable and was able to answer all our questions and address our concerns that we left that day with a purchase of a new 2015 Sienna XLE. Kudos to your dealership who turned a drop-in to a sale and earned a loyal customer who would not think about any other dealership for any further needs. John the service manager is always so quick to diffuse any situation that is needed in the service department. I really have no complaints and don't see why any one would. This dealership is one of the best dealers I have been to and they have the best employees and great work ethics. More

When I decided to trade in my car because I fell in love with the 2014 venza loaner I once was given before and had my heart set on it. I decide to go nowhere else but my friendly dealer Continental Toyota! Jessica was my sales rep and might I say she was very patient with my husband and I since we were all over the place with many different options in mind. She tried her best with a smile on her face the entire time. She was working along with her very supportive management, Mike and Sadi who worked very hard to help me with getting approved and making the deal go as smooth and painless as possible. I could ask for more, I got the car I love for a great price, awesome warranty and other additional options that I did not have before. Michelle came in when I needed the car detailed because there was an Issue I had. With no doubts or questions asked my request was done with out any issue. 2015 Sienna lease I have leased two Siennas from this dealership in 2010 and 2012. However, both previous times my husband was with me to negotiate the lease. This time, I went alone and was treated every differently. I am a female in my 60's, and it was apparent to me that I was being way overcharged for the lease. I spoke to a salesperson, who was very helpful, pleasant and diligent, but then a manager appeared and he basically tried to double talk me and confuse me into the terms he was presenting. I finally called his bluff and asked to speak to a different manager, who handled my two previous leases. He was juggling numbers and finally said he would email me the terms of the lease I was requesting. When I received the terms I was astounded at the prices he was offering because they were VERY high. I am disappointed because my previous experiences here were good (although in retrospect I am not sure I received good pricing even though my husband was with me.) More

Our neighbor purchased two used Prius' and enjoyed the experience at Continental. Upon our arrival, and after meeting our internet rep, we were introduced to sales rep Mickey Cicimov. We took a very informative test drive and received a thorough explanation of the vehicle's features. After a short and painless negotiation, we purchased the vehicle! Two cups of complimentary coffee and we were on our way home. When the time comes, we'll be back! More

I do not trust my car with just anyone and was apprehensive of leaving it. Lee Sizemore is wonderful, she assured me that my car was in good hands. She made me feel comfortable in my decision in leaving it with her. My car is awesome now. And I am ever so thrilled. Lee is the type of employee that you hold on to and treat right. One hand washes the other. Give her a raise and treat her well. I don't want to forget my service advisor, Michelle Eisa. She was very pleasant to work with and helped comfort me in my decision also.
