We had very tight time availability and respected that - even offering to change her schedule to match ours. We have owned our car now for 3 months and are 100% happy with our decision. We have not had any experience working with the service department yet, but our expectation is that we will be happy with the service and maintenance at Continental Toyota. We intend to have all our maintenance done at Continental Toyota even though there are two other Toyota dealers closer to where we live. This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and while I had been test driving cars for a couple months, this was the first time that I didn't feel pressured to buy. In fact, I loved the 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco from the start, being in the condition as described online, and even more so, my amazing sales associate and stick-shift teacher, Mostafa Atra, who patiently TAUGHT ME how to drive manual before assisting me with the purchase (you rock, Mostafa!). Furthermore, the finance manager, Mark Doerge, was persistent in finding me the best deal for financing, calling me back two days later and saying he'd found a lower interest rate then previously available. I can honestly say that Andrea made my car buying experience the best I have ever had. She was honest, professional and a true pleasure to work with. Not once did she push anything on me but gave me a straight forward price and even recommended ways I could save on my new car. I had ordered my car straight from the factory and she kept in touch with me the whole time on the status of my vehicle. As for the price - The out the door price she quoted me was by far the lowest compared to any other dealer. (I figured it would just need a quick reset and I'd be on my w I stopped in this morning without an appointment to have my Viper remote start checked. (I figured it would just need a quick reset and I'd be on my way.) I explained what was happening to Michelle Eisa and she knew exactly what I was talking about. She was able to get a Viper technician to the shop to do a manual reset on my remote today. Sure enough, I drove my RAV4 home just a couple hours later and the remote now works. At most places, I'd probably have to set up a later appointment if I just showed up on a busy Saturday morning. Not at Continental. Thank you Michelle! More
