Could not have been better!!! Almost 11 years ago I bought my 2004 Camry @ Continental Toyota. I've had all service work done there except for a few oil changes early on. I've been a loyal customer which prompted me to feel like I'm a bit invested in this dealership and wanted to share a couple opinions/suggestions with their Management. I was warmly encouraged to share my thoughts by Dennis Pecho. He's a terrific fella. I found he agreed with most of what I had to say and thanked me profusely for coming to him with thoughts. This has made me feel even better about Continental and when the day comes for me to buy my next car, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The showroom was very crowded when we walked in. we had asked for Dean Rio because he assisted us with a sale Mostafa was very courteous and helpful. He was helping another customer so we looked around and saw Mostafa out in the front of the building and asked him to help us. He said "of course"! Normally we think of buying a car as stressful but we did not fee that this time. Mostafa made us feel comfortable and he was upfront about the credit process and was honest about the waiting time involved. We appreciated that because we went home for a couple hours and came back when they were ready for us. The process was not as painful and we came home with the vehicle we wanted. More

Car Buying made Fast, Fun and Easy Before coming to Continental Toyota, I had always heard of a slight stigma about the term "Used Car Salesman" which entitled a slight sense of mistrus Before coming to Continental Toyota, I had always heard of a slight stigma about the term "Used Car Salesman" which entitled a slight sense of mistrust and wariness ("Is this person really out for my best interest or are they just trying to make a sale?"). Dean Rio completely destroyed this stigma for me. I had known Dean for a couple years prior to my recent car shopping, and let me assure you, he works with the highest sense of professionalism, knowledge, and care. Not only did Dean help me find the right vehicle, upon purchasing, he actually sat down in the car with me and walked me through all of the features - along with printing out manuals for my security system so I could have a better understanding of it. Dean's knowledge and expertise made me confident in buying my vehicle, and his genuine and kind personality made the experience both fun and relaxing for me. I am a new customer of Continental Toyota, but in only one visit, I will become a returning customer and I will recommend many others to do their car shopping there.
