With the assistance of Joe Miglio, manager, we reached a deal without wasting a lot of time. There was no pressure at all. And pricing was extremely fair also. Sadi Ali in finance completed my pleasant experience. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to call Jim Francis or Joe Miglio. I've bought new cars before from other dealerships and my experience was that I felt that I was being taken advantage of. Dean didn't make me feel like that at all, I felt comfortable dealing with Dean, I didn't feel pressured or like he only wanted to make a sale, I felt as if I was dealing with a friend. After I purchased this new car, I had no way of getting to the dealership the next day to pick it up, so Dean offered to pick me up on his way to work that day, inorder for me pick up my new car. I hope that this Dealership recognizes Dean and commends him on his work ethics. If I ever have to buy another car again, it will be from Dean Rio. New car I received an offer by mail to upgrade my current vehicle. Hence, I visited the dealership to see if indeed they could do what they said in the lette I received an offer by mail to upgrade my current vehicle. Hence, I visited the dealership to see if indeed they could do what they said in the letter...match the vehicle I currently owned and either keep the payment the same or lower it. They actually exceeded my expectations. I was able to get a 2014 model with more bells and whistles and my payment was reduced. This was possible because I took a car off the lot. I wasn't sure at first and Ruben was very understanding of my hesitation and did not pressure me at all. Having bought several cars over the course of my life, this was a first. Sales people may start out low key but eventually the desire to notch another sale overrides any consideration for the buyer. Ruben kept the same persona from beginning to end. He spent 3 hours with us and we even walked away from his final offer as I still wasn't sure. He was courteous throughout...even then. Additionally, he followed up on a minor repair appt. within two days of the sale and returned a phone call the very same day. Ruben is indeed a credit to Continental Toyota and if ever asked, will definitely get my reference. More
