Nonetheless, once Murat approached me, it was as if he was a long lost friend, who advised me on the pros, cons or any other concerns I had about the vehicles on the lot. I must say that for every recommendation he made, he had a valid and credible reason for his a recommendation. Once I expressed to him that I needed time to research the vehicles that I was interested in, he was more than understanding.. upon making my decision, Murat was willing to come into work earlier than his regular shift to finish the sale where once again he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service. My time with the Finance guy(Can't remember his name) although brief was very professional, he is a CLOSER, even though I did my home work on how to negotiate and close the deal, he made me feel as if I did a good job at negotiating, but I am sure it is part of his job to make the customer feel satisfied with their purchase and I must say, I am Satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. After a long wait, Amanda finally secured the only car for us, she is very professional and provided us with the details of the price and equipments/features on the car. When we arrived at Continental Toyota to pick up the car, Mostafa Atra is also very professional and provided us with the details of the car and took us for a test drive. He is very patient in explaining all the new features on the car and took great care in getting the car ready for our drive home. Prior to that, Mark Doerge help us completed all the necessary papers and took care of the financing papers for our 0% financing thru the Toyota Financing. Over all, this is one of the best car buying service we experienced in over 40 years. More

Best car purchasing experience ever I don't usually write reviews but I feel my recent experience at Continental Toyota justifies one. I arrived at the dealership after seeing online th I don't usually write reviews but I feel my recent experience at Continental Toyota justifies one. I arrived at the dealership after seeing online that they had a model of BMW that I had been researching for 2 years. I made three visits to the dealership within a week, and each time Michael Hershkovitz treated me exceptionally well and was never pushy or rude. After each visit I told Michael when I would stop by again and he did not harass me with phone calls or bombard me with emails in between visits unlike other salespeople I have dealt with at other dealers. He provided a very stress free experience throughout the whole process. On the third and final visit with my wife, we worked out an excellent price on the vehicle with the Sales Manager Gerry, and Chris Callada was able to secure a great financing rate for us - and we left the dealership extremely pleased and with a "new" used car! Although they are a Toyota dealership, I highly recommend them for used vehicles as well due to their aggressive pricing and relaxing buying experience. More

We were greeted by two employees before we even entered the building. We immediately felt comfortable at Continental Toyota. We both had quite a few questions regarding the features and performance of the Toyota Prius. Dean Rio, who was our salesman answered every single question to our satisfaction. We both felt he was sincere, easy to talk with, and was genuinely interested in helping us with our purchase. It is obvious to me that Continental Toyota employees take pride in their work. I was impressed that every employee spoke to us and the dealership was immaculately clean and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the finance department also and Sadi Ali was very helpful also. There is absolutely no doubt that I will return and also recommend Continental Toyota to friends and family. I am thankful to Dean Rio for helping make this the easiest car purchase I've ever made.
