Went in for a "free" oil change and was told the battery on my Prius which is less than 3 years old failed a test and would need to be replaced. After getting the car back and home there is a scratch on the on my Prius which is less than 3 years old failed a test and would need to be replaced. After getting the car back and home there is a scratch on the passenger side across both the front and rear doors. I called their Customer Relation Manager, left my number for a callback and still have not received a call. This was 30 minutes ago. There were not many people at the dealership either. More
