Great costumer service I was at Continental 2 times in two weeks for 2 different reasons. Both times I was treated exceptionally well by services technichians Bill and Sam. Bill made sure that our old 2005 Toyota was well taken care of and that I was well taken care of.He even stayed to make sure everything I needed was done. Sam helped me the second time when I was in a jam when I had a serious issue that wouldn't allow for me to get back to my home 40 minutes away. Somehow, his plea to get me into a tight schedule was allowed. I was so very grateful! Thank you Bill and Sam! Big thanks also to the ladies in billing, patient and kind. Great problem solvers!
