I took My 2021 truck in due what had sloppy shifter yesterday as always Wendy Grooms was a pleasure at the service desk :-) They called me to walk over to the shop and see the mechanic.. I need new yesterday as always Wendy Grooms was a pleasure at the service desk :-) They called me to walk over to the shop and see the mechanic.. I need new hips and they could see my discomfort as I made my way to the shop. Mr. Sean Grooms was in my truck actuating the shifter. I stated that it was allot less sloppy 4 weeks ago,,,not over time.. Sean said, let me look it up in the ford computer…. He then said there is a service bulletin out for this exact issue 😳 sean hooked up the laptop to my truck dash plug, pushed at least 5 knobs on the truck dash ..radio,AC, start button, and two on the left and things started going off on the monitors on the truck dash…5 minutes and it stopped…he said that should be it…. And…ITS PERFECT AGAIN ..no wrenches, pliers, hammers, sockets 😳 Sean then went to the parts department as there is a recall for the wiper arms..he replaced them :-) Here is the kicker..they let me sit in the passengers seat due to my slight walking affliction 😁🤣 during the computer reset. Sean then went and got the paperwork for me to sign so I didn’t have to walk to the service counter… As I drove out the shop, Sean had opened the garage door for me and I said it’s like it was 4 weeks and a day ago..I guess I’m not senile yet 🤣 he laughed and said to have a great day 😎👍👍👍 Those acts of kindness are the reason that I wil buy my next truck at Conway Ford !
