This has got to be the worst dealership that I have ever delt with. It does not matter what department (other than sales) you call; you will NOT be able to speak with anyone one. The service department is short staffed from what I am told, and no one ever answers the phone. It goes to voice mail, but the mailbox is full. Not good, apparently, they have a lot of cars that are in need of repair. I just called to get a copy of an invoice for a transmission that was put in my car in March. I was transferred to service dept?? Of course, no answer. I called back and press the option for the Accounting dept. She asked if I'd tried service dept. I explained that situation. She said, well let me see if the cashier can help. I was transferred there, phone wrong and wrong, no answer. Had to leave a voice message. The customer service at this dealership is non-existent.
