Daniel Threet was amazing. I bought a car on the phone and had it delivered from the dealership in Tennessee to my backdoor in Missouri in 48 hours. I was so impressed with this dealership - I had an issue while on the way to spring break in Florida back in March. We ended up at Cookeville Honda with my Odyssey - On a SATURDAY. They rolled us right into a bay, had us assessed in a jiffy and ordered a part. While all this was going on, we were given treats, drinks and I asked Dan about the Ridgeline that I was considering as my next Honda. It was pouring down rain and he took me around the lot with an umbrella and we even had a test drive. 100% true customer service to someone that probably wouldn't be back. Sat at his desk and got the whole Ridgeline lowdown. Dan was a little surprised when I called in July to buy a truck over the phone. Dan...you do the work, you get the sale. Thank you for a great experience. More

Our experience was good. The vehicle we got was everything the Internet said it was. The price was reasonable but seemed to take more time than usual.
