My vehicle had an issue back in March near Cookeville Honda in Tennessee. We were on our way to Florida on a Saturday. I was AMAZED that they immediately took my Odyssey in and diagnosed within an hour Honda in Tennessee. We were on our way to Florida on a Saturday. They ordered a part and while we waited, I started checking out the Honda Ridgeline that I had been considering for my next vehicle. Dan Threet approached my husband and I, made sure we were supplied with beverages and snacks...and then I got serious. It was raining cats and dogs outside and Dan took me from vehicle to vehicle, explaining features and showing me all the options, all while carrying an umbrella. He even insisted that he had time to take a test drive with me. As if that wasn't enough with a customer that probably wasn't coming back to Tennessee to buy a vehicle, he sat us at his desk and further explained all the different packages. We were SO impressed with this dealership that did all this for two out of town folks...and the repair was less than $300! They got us on our way and even told us where to grab lunch before we headed on to Florida. Yesterday, July 14, I decided that it was the day to get my new Ridgeline. I had kept Dan's card and called him, reminding him of our story. He remembered us, helped me choose something they had on their lot...all from my office desk in Missouri. The paperwork was speedy and at 11 am the next day, my Ridgeline was delivered to my door by a courier that had left at 4am from Cookeville. I mean seriously...could this BE better? Dan, you truly are Da Man and Cookeville Honda...in a world of poor customer service, you top the charts by being best of the best Honda dealerships I have ever encountered...and I've put almost a million miles on Honda vehicles. Thanks so much! More
