We had a very positive, stress free process to buy our new CR-V. Once we determined the color and trim level we wanted, Mike was able to have the car on the lot within 24 hours. Service personnel were very helpful and resolved the issue of having payed for a warranty that included a free key fob once a year if you lost one, but then said I was going to have to pay $84 because t issue of having payed for a warranty that included a free key fob once a year if you lost one, but then said I was going to have to pay $84 because the insurance company was not going to cover the full cost of replacement. Cookeville Honda took care of it and I was able to get my key fob as free of charge. More
