My vehicle had 2 recalls which I discussed with the dealership where I purchased it. They didn't get the parts before I moved way so when I got to my new location, I called Cookeville Honda. They had t dealership where I purchased it. They didn't get the parts before I moved way so when I got to my new location, I called Cookeville Honda. They had the parts in stock & set my appointment for 2 days later. From what I could tell, they replaced one of the parts but "tested" the fuel pump & decided it was working "normal". After making the trip down there, I wish they had replaced it too. Also, the next time I drove it, the first thing that popped up was "maintenance" either needed or coming up. If possible, I wish that had been addressed, too. More

Brought my Honda Accord in for service (oil change & tire rotation). Brought it in at 10:30AM for 11AM appt. FINALLY got my car back at 12:30PM. They seemed to forget i was waiting for my car…again! it happe rotation). Brought it in at 10:30AM for 11AM appt. FINALLY got my car back at 12:30PM. They seemed to forget i was waiting for my car…again! it happened last time as well..By the time i asked and they finally pulled it out the bay doors were down/closed and seemingly everyone had left for lunch. They were very apologetic and offered a 15% discount for future service but i have a service contract so what good is that? They do good work but customer service stinks. They shouldn't lose track of people waiting for their car. More
