I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he’s a liar & a cheat. He told me my CRV had been throughly checked by the mechanics, & the first thing that was wrong with it was it was TOTALLY out of antifreeze! cheat. Then, only 4 months after I had it, it blew a head gasket on the interstate & nearly got me & 2 other people run over buy a semi! The service dept. was very good, & Josh was more than fair with me. The car is supposedly fixed now, but I’ll never trust it. I’m in debt thousands of dollars for something I’m afraid to drive. More

Absolutely a good experience. I had first appointment of the day. Even though it was like 10 degrees and snow. They got there early. Took me in. Did the 100,000 mile check up. Waiting area was superb with free beverages and snacks. Clean bathroom and a tv and comfortable sitting area. Joshua came back to me and gave me all my choices and explained costs and necessities versus Honda suggestions completed all tasks to my satisfaction overall a top notch group running this facility More
