He said he was actually promoted since our last visit and doesn't work the floor but has a great salesman who would help us out. When we arrived we met Tamir Khalil and he spent the next hour showing us what trucks they had. We ended up leasing a brand new Ram 1500 big horn and we love it. Tamir took the time to explain all the features and listened to our needs. Once we decided we wanted that truck we had a set monthly payment that we wanted and Before going into the finance office Tamir showed us what it was going to be and it was. Coon Rapids Chrysler had the largest inventory of Jeep Grand Cherokees in the area so I decided to connect with one of their online sales people. I got connected with Carolyn who after finding out what I was looking for kept me informed as to any inventory changed while not pushing me. It was late on Friday night when we finally got to the dealership but we were not pushed to make a decision. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the inventory and features of the Jeeps and stayed with us after the purchase to set up the GPS and Bluetooth. Great person to work with.
