They are snippy on the phone and wont let you ask questions, In person they are even rude. I would have to say save yourself some time and find another dealer. They are a joke to deal with. More

Lifetime Warranty I bought my 2013 Ford Taurus s h o there about a year ago. Supposedly my card did have a lifetime warranty on it that they sell to you that everything I bought my 2013 Ford Taurus s h o there about a year ago. Supposedly my card did have a lifetime warranty on it that they sell to you that everything is totally covered underneath this warranties a big sales tactic for them to unload vehicles, I drop my car off for service and December of 17 and I'll set and I get a phone call that I'm getting charged basically 7994 them just to look at my car when I supposedly have an extended service plan with nothing was repaired on it. Just letting you know anybody know if you're going to buy a vehicle there do not do that because the lifetime warranty actually isn't true they don't stand behind their word and they stick you with amounts to be paid, bad customer service and no follow-through. More

#ripoff I bought my dodge new in 2010 and am NOT impressed. Within 1st year the paint bubbled on the hood and they said they cannot fix ( not covered under wa I bought my dodge new in 2010 and am NOT impressed. Within 1st year the paint bubbled on the hood and they said they cannot fix ( not covered under warranty). Then before 2 years was up the alternator went out. When the battery needed to be replaced they wanted almost $500 because of it being labor-intensive (my cousin replaced it in 15mins). Now I need a new ball joint and they want $450 because of labor and parts (I found an honest mechanic to replace it for $150). I will never buy a car from here or use their service department. I do NOT recommend going here. #ripoff More

Horrible I would never recommend this place ever! Brought my car here to find out what was causing a noise within the motor. They diagnosed it told me it was t I would never recommend this place ever! Brought my car here to find out what was causing a noise within the motor. They diagnosed it told me it was timing belt and leaky water pump. Said that the noise was coming from water pump and belt. Suggested I fix them at a cost they quoted me at just over a grand. I found a cheaper place to have the work done, had it done and noise still persisted. I brought it back to dodge and had re-diagnosed. After opening it up found a lifter and rocker arm that they were very confident in being the source of the noise. Went ahead and agreed to have the work done only to find out that after spending $1800 that the very sane noise yet still persisted. These people don't care about fixing problems. All they care about is scamming, misdiagnosing and ripping off the customer! I cannot even begin to express the hatred I have for this sorry excuse for a business! Horribly managed! More

Fast, friendly and fair are just a few of the words I could use to describe my visits. Bill Johnson was my service advisor and he did a great job of keeping on top of what was going on with my vehicle. Ever time I asked a question he made sure we had a good answer. I aske about a potential future replacement part. He took it upon himself to see if it was in stock, covered by warranty and if they had the time to get it done with out my even asking. In 30 min the job was done and covered by the warranty. I will always ask for Bill when I make my future visits. Well done! More
