The vehicle that I bought was newly listed and when I requested pictures and information, I had both within a few minutes, and in addition a phone call from Alyssa who was courteous, professional and just “ an All American Sweetheart”.... We arrived to buy our vehicle, and was greeted by the friendly staff of the dealership and immediately directed to Alyssa , who, within 5 minutes made me feel as if I had known here for years. She showed me the vehicle which was immaculately detailed and “inspection ready”.... after Alyssa explained the finer points of the vehicle and we took a test ride , returned to the dealership, and completed the paperwork within minutes.... my wife’s keen eye spotted a minor flaw on one of the rims, Alyssa immediately arranged for the detail department to sand the wheel and repaint it or factory standards. Fast, easy, low pressure sales process I was shopping for a nearly new used Frontier, which they had on their lot. I emailed close to 20 dealers in the southeast with similar inventory aski I was shopping for a nearly new used Frontier, which they had on their lot. I emailed close to 20 dealers in the southeast with similar inventory asking for a best price out the door, and got automated responses or salesmen trying to play the sales game from almost all. Alyssa and Mickey sent me there best offer after first contact. After talking with several other dealers trying to get the best deal, their price was still very competitive. I sent them info and pictures of my trade in and they gave me a fair appraisal without even seeing it. I drove out of state a little over 2 hours to come in, and arrived early. Brady was helpful and got us accommodated and the keys to the vehicle since it was still before they opened and Mickey was on his way. Tim made a lot of accommodations for us, and even when financing through them we were out of there in just over 2 hours, which is less than half the time it’s taken me at other dealers. They didn’t pressure us into anything extra or throw in extra fees like I experienced when I was shopping. They simply presented there offerings and let you decide. I really appreciate the work everyone put in, and glad I could leave there without any buyers remorse or feeling like I was swindled. More

The sales team was awesome Russ Thorn & Chris Chappell worked together as a team which I loved , Finance Tim was supper nice had the deal done very quickly and gave me a clean up kit for my new car. And manager Scott he was awesome from the min I walked In the dealership also very friendly and before I left ask me several different times was I satisfied and did they handle all my needs .
