They have been very responsive to emergent issues for which I did not have an appointment . Most recently this was demonstrated when I came in just before closing on a Saturday afternoon with piece of m which I did not have an appointment . My service at Copeland was a breeze. I had Essence again as my service manager. She is always friendly, attentive and detailed.
