Exhaust manifold replacement was covered under warranty though engine protective plate wasn’t reinstalled properly. Dealer did replace plate at no charge. Also replaced AC condenser under warranty. It took awhile but the final result was worth the wait. The seat developed a very noticeable squeak and the whole seat needed replacement. Patrick, the service manager was particularly helpful.. Each of the several times I have been to this dealership everyone has been helpful and friendly to me. Everyone. My complaint is with Subaru in general. It took more than a week to get 3 tires -two of them everyone has been helpful and friendly to me. Everyone. My complaint is with Subaru in general. It took more than a week to get 3 tires -two of them installed and one more so that I will have a Full-sized spare. I Believe the problem was finding a rim for the spare. With all of the Cross Treks I see on the road I just wonder why there aren't tires available for them! Had I done more research and learned of this tire shortage I probably would not have bought this vehicle. More
