My experience with the Copeland Service Department was very good. The only reason for 4 stars was that after leaving the facility, there was a strong chemical smell coming into the car when I turned the A very good. The only reason for 4 stars was that after leaving the facility, there was a strong chemical smell coming into the car when I turned the AC on.
