Fantastic Customer Service at Subaru Express Service I noticed that my Subaru Outback had a small oil drip (spot on my garage floor). I brought it to Beard's Subaru Express Service and they quickly foun I noticed that my Subaru Outback had a small oil drip (spot on my garage floor). I brought it to Beard's Subaru Express Service and they quickly found that during my last oil change, the technician had forgotten to put a filter gasket on. Rob Rooney (the Express Service Manager) was AWESOME. Rather than just put a gasket and top the oil, he gave me an entire oil change - free of charge - just to be sure it was done right! He also did a multi-point inspection and topped the fluids (again, free of charge)! Rob was extremely knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. The service was quick, thorough and pleasant! That type of service is hard to find these days! More

Amazing Service by Dick Beard & Beard Chevrolet I needed to squeeze an oil change into my schedule. I called and Dick Beard said, "To bring it in- to the drive up- quick service." At first, I w I needed to squeeze an oil change into my schedule. I called and Dick Beard said, "To bring it in- to the drive up- quick service." At first, I went to Dick Beard Chevrolet. Mike Finkle drove me in my car- to where that no notice oil change service is located. At the Beard Subaru, Tim Kornet applied my $10.00 coupon for the oil change, then he discovered that my Service Plan entitled me-to one more free oil change. He did not charge me, for that oil change. He also noticed that I needed an Inspection before the end of the month and he took care of all of that in a speedy manner. Tim still applied my $10.00 coupon, to bring down the required three wipers charge- to pass the Inspection- initially that I was to use, for the oil change. I relaxed with a free cup of magazine inside the Beard Subaru, as Tim Kornet had my car serviced. All was done, for me in the same visit; he was helpful; and outgoing. The Oil Change, Wipers, and Inspection work cost me only under $100.00. It was not as pricey, as it could have been and the service was wonderful. It was an amazing visit near the 28th. of December 2016. More

Excellent Used Car Sales Service Greatly valued the attentive, if not downright enthusiastic, but never pushy service I received in finding my certified, used vehicle. I went to Beard Greatly valued the attentive, if not downright enthusiastic, but never pushy service I received in finding my certified, used vehicle. I went to Beard Subaru specifically in pursuit of a vehicle listed on their website, but ended up test driving 3 others instead as the first had already sold. I think that already having a solid direction for my search was beneficial in this experience, but I also appreciated Rob's obvious interest in finding me the car I wanted rather than trying to sell me on something else. I also appreciated being set free on a 20 minute test drive for each vehicle without the dealer hanging out and pitching the car from the backseat! Got the chance to really try out the cars and think through options. Also appreciated Rob taking time after purchase to demo basic things like how to fold down the back seats, and to connect my phone. Definitely left the dealership with the right car at a competitive price. I am generally the type of person who drives a car for 10 or so years, I can only hope Rob is still working at the dealership when I'm ready to purchase my next one. More
