When I arrived, I found out that the service would take several hours - far too long for me to sit and wait. I had errands to run, shopping to do, and a PT appointment to get to. I thought I would have to reschedule, but the Jim Welch, an assistant service manager, arranged for a loaner car for me so I could take care of my errands and shop, while the techs worked on my car as quickly as possible. The net-net? Car service, errands, and shopping completed in time for me to get to my PT appointment! The service personnel at Beard are truly great - personable, helpful, and attentive to customer's needs. I highly recommend them! More
