The previous mechanic failed to tighten the oil cap properly, causing oil to spray all over the engine bay. I discovered this mistake less than 30 miles into driving, just 2 days after the service, which I had gotten right before Christmas. While I respect the hard work of labor service professionals, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable. As someone who drives weekly, I understand how dangerous such an oversight could have been. Thankfully, the team at Copeland Subaru Hyannis restored my confidence with their professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Norm and Michelle went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly, and I truly appreciate their dedication to quality and customer care. Highly recommended! More
