I had an opportunity to review this with Tristan and he brought me up to speed. It looks like they have put safeguards in place to ensure that there isn't another issue like that moving forward and I was happy to see that they applied that credit that you had requested towards the brake work performed on your vehicle.. Would you please check your records on the billing. My credit card statement shows billing on $243.30 on April 8 and $299.92 on April 10. The first charge was supposed to be for the screwed up oil change and inspection sticker only. The 2nd charge was supposed to be for the brake work, less the discount. Good afternoon. Accessing your records, I see invoice #18960 for an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and fixing the wheel stud which came to $243.30 after discounting the materials to do the wheel stud. Then, the 2nd invoice #18979 was for the rear brake job with the $75.00 credit applied. I'll be happy to have Tristian scan and email you copies of both invoices if this would be beneficial. I had a very pleasant experience getting my oil changed. They made sure I used my purchased maintenance plan. They even updated my inspection sticker, that’s all I had to pay for. Happy!! More

Although quality automotive repair is at times expensive, we do price shop not only other dealers but also independents and have not found our pricing to be out of line, despite higher skilled and trained technicians and the use of higher quality, factory parts. That said, I'd love the opportunity to validate your visit and review the scope of work performed so that we can see if there is anything that needs to be looked at more closely.
