I have purchased three Subaru Outbacks from the former owner of this dealership. The service was fine. On 11/11/2021, I brought my car in to be serviced by the current owner and had the worst customer s owner of this dealership. The service was fine. On 11/11/2021, I brought my car in to be serviced by the current owner and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. In short, I was told the work I wanted done would be completed by the end of the day. I left the service area for a time and came back to wait for the car. As workers headed home, it became clear that the staff had forgotten about me. One of the remaining workers helped find my car, but the service rendered was not reviewed and no one asked for payment until I reminded them. I was given a barely legible list of other items that needed to be completed and told that this list would be typed up and emailed to me. This did not happen. When I called to schedule further service, I was told that the problems encountered on the 11/11 appointment were due to miscommunication on my part. More
