worst experience ever i went in looking for a new vehicle. i was looking for a salesman that was recommended to me by a friend. i told him what i wanted and he wasn't even i went in looking for a new vehicle. i was looking for a salesman that was recommended to me by a friend. i told him what i wanted and he wasn't even listening. i also told him what color i wanted and he was trying to sell other types of suvs that i did not like. he was very rude as his manager in finance. do not buy a car from copeland toyota. they are not very friendly and they dont care about the customer. Bought my new Scion tC the first day I went looking. I've been driving my car for 16 years and did not look forward to going to a dealership to replace it. On my first day out I test drove a few cars and then found a sharp red 2015 Scion tC with less than 100 miles on it at Copeland Toyota. I've always owned American brand cars and wasn't sure about switching. The salesman Robert Burgo was pleasant to do business with and worked with me as best he could. I bought the car on my first day out looking. Robert Burgo and the rest of the people I met at Copeland Toyota did a great job getting everything squared away and me on my way in my new car. Robert is new to the dealership, but definitely an asset. Mike Burden was also a big help. Thanks guys! More

Matthew Pierre especially, with probably more follow-up calls than he needed to make (but that's OK), let us know that he wanted our business. Matt & Max made sure that the car we decided on came in on time and was ready & waiting for us as promised. As background, my initial interaction with Copeland was with a different salesman who completely turned me off. He was not in it for his client''s interest and was patronizing. After that interaction, I felt hesitant to continue with Copeland, until I spoke with sales manager John Monteiro. John could sense my frustration with my previous experience, and he approached me with a listening ear. He is professional, knowledgeable, and laid back. He knows what it means to put his client first and understand his client's story. After talking to John, everything else fell in to place. He made sure I then interacted with a great finance guy, Mario Rocha. Mario is honest, polite, and patient. He made me feel comfortable and offered advice when he could. I thank John Monteiro and Mario Rocha for a wonderful car leasing experience and I hope everyone is able to have the opportunity to work with people as great as they are! As they say, a happy employee makes a happy customer - and that was evident with my experience at Copeland. More

Basically, he answers all my questions about the car I am looking for and introduces the interior/exterior parts of the new car before we get on the road. The price and fees are up-front and incredibly good compared to what I quoted from other dealerships. Their fees are relative lesser (more than $50 bucks less) than other dealerships in the area. When sitting down to sign up a purchase contract, it is simple. Usually, car-buying is time-consuming and stressful, but you won't find it here. Whatever you don't want to add to your contract, Stan simply moves on to the next item/question without pushing you or playing any tricks. I went to the dealership around 6:10 pm and signed the contract at 7 pm. Came back three days later to pick up my car and Stan walked me through and helped me to use the entune system. The car-buying experience with this dealership is great. More
