Very disappointing experience. We signed a purchase contract for a 2026 Toyota Sienna and paid a $4,000 deposit. The contract listed “Amount to be Financed” as N/A and specified t We signed a purchase contract for a 2026 Toyota Sienna and paid a $4,000 deposit. The contract listed “Amount to be Financed” as N/A and specified the cash due on delivery. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, we were told that we would have to finance through the dealership or pay an additional $4,000. We did not agree to the additional charge, so the dealership returned our deposit and the sale was cancelled. My concern is that this financing requirement and additional $4,000 were not reflected in the signed purchase contract. We came prepared to complete the purchase according to the written agreement, but the terms presented to us at delivery were different. I hope Copeland Toyota reviews this situation and improves transparency around financing incentives and pricing. More
