Great car buying experience! I knew I was going to buy a vehicle and the choice was a Honda or a Toyota. I had previously shopped at two other Toyota dealerships in Dartmouth and I knew I was going to buy a vehicle and the choice was a Honda or a Toyota. I had previously shopped at two other Toyota dealerships in Dartmouth and Raynham but was not pleased with the way I was treated and the sales staff lacked professionalism and knowledge. On a whim, I went to Copeland with my wife and was so pleased with my salesman, Alan Miller. He was knowledgeable, professional and made the car buying experience painless. We never made it to the Honda dealership! Alan made it so easy and the staff. They even stayed beyond closing to work out all the details of the sale. In the end, I purchased a 2015 RAV4 and forgot about the HONDA! More

Stay away from the "gap warranty bundle" I was told I can cancel the gap warranty bundle which comes with the LoJack system. When I cancelled within the 30 days I called and spoke to Mario ag I was told I can cancel the gap warranty bundle which comes with the LoJack system. When I cancelled within the 30 days I called and spoke to Mario again too make sure I wouldn't get charged anything for canceling the whole bundle and I was told just $50. FYI I also brought this up on the day I purchased the car because I know that LoJack is an item that needs to be installed in the car that's another reason why I asked. Terrible service and I just referred a friend to buy a car from their before this whole incident. More
BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT I bought my used rav4 here and returned it to have the ecm replaced. When I bought the car I questioned the sales person about the ecm recall. He rea I bought my used rav4 here and returned it to have the ecm replaced. When I bought the car I questioned the sales person about the ecm recall. He reassured me that it had been reprogrammed and was all set. Not so. When I brought it in, I specifically told them to replace the ecm only, do nothing else. Well, they did their "100 point inspection" anyways. They loosened my exhaust and told me I had a leak in my transmission pan. I immediately brought it to my trusted mechanic who tightened my exhaust back up and we have yet to find a leak in my transmission pan. I went all the way up to Todd Copeland, nobody could give me an answer to why they were under my car when the ecm is located in the dash. Mr. Copeland even said "call me personally next time you come in so I can handle you with kid gloves" Really??!!! I don"t need to be handled with kid gloves, just be respected as a customer. Will NEVER return to this place! More

Homar Rodriquez was so kind, informative and respectful during the whole process. He answered all my questions and spent a great deal of time explaining my options. I never once felt intimidated or reluctant to ask him anything. My past experiences with buying a car have always left me feeling doubtful and as if I had been taken advantage of. Michael in finance was also great. Never once pushed me to purchase warranties that I did not want to buy. Homar.....I will be back. You have earned a life long customer! More

Having had such a great experience the first time, Copeland was the first place I went, and I couldn't be happier. While the dealership was busy on a Saturday, the whole process was amazingly fast, from the test drive to signing the papers. My salesman was Alan Miller and he was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. After listening to what I was looking for, he found the perfect car for me and my family and I fell in love with it instantly! I had my younger children with me and it's so refreshing that Copeland is such a family-friendly dealership. Other employees would say hello to my children, and they were given paper to draw on while I was signing the papers. Everyone tried to make us as comfortable as possible and seemed truly happy to be there. I will definitely be back in three years for my next car and I look forward to another great experience! More

I knew what I wanted to purchase so it was only a matter of determining price and finding a vehicle that fit the criteria. Alan Miller was my sales guy and he was super to work with. Copeland didn't have my vehicle in stock so they located one for me. Alan is very professional, has a lot of experience in the car business and communicated clearly about the locate process. He handled my requirements with confidence and patience and a dash of humor, too. I highly recommend working with Alan as well as James and Jaqueline in the business office.This is my second purchase from Copeland and I'll likely purchase there again in the future. More
Truly Exceptional Customer Service. I've purchased two cars in my lifetime and been to over 10 dealerships, I've researched and shopped online, and to often I came to the realization tha I've purchased two cars in my lifetime and been to over 10 dealerships, I've researched and shopped online, and to often I came to the realization that no dealer or car buying service is going to meet my needs but Alan Miller and Max Reed exceeded above the rest and delivered a great vehicle at a great price. First and foremost I must say they are huge supporters of Military. It defiantly made my car buying experience worth while. My biggest issue with other dealerships and their sales division was that it seemed that they were trying to pinch as much money as they could from me to put towards a purchase. It grew old quick and I moved from dealer to dealer, sales associate to associate until I found the right one, Copeland Toyota and Alan. Alan is undoubtedly the best of the best. He's patient, positive, and down to earth. Most of all though Alan and Max made my car buying experience fun and it resulted with an offer I couldn't refuse. I bought a Toyota Tacoma 2015 OFFROAD. There was no tricks or games played to convince me into buying a truck at a price I didn't want. They took time to explain the pros and cons of buying vs leasing and we discussed different options on how to pay for my truck. No matter how many questions or concerns I had they remained patient and and answered them all. If any of my friends or family are looking for cars in the future I'm sending them to Alan and Max. If you made it this far down my post and your considering to go car shopping you should see these two. They won't disappoint. Car shopping for me should have started at Copeland Toyota with Alan Miller (Sales) and Max Reed (Manager)! More
