However, after having made an appoi I approached Copeland Toyota with some trepidation as I had felt other dealers to be extremely pushy in the past. However, after having made an appointment with Brett I was introduced to a very pleasant gentleman, Homar Rodriguez, who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and a valuable customer. I very quickly found a car that suited my needs, my Honda Civic, and Homar concurred that this would be a very suitable vehicle for me. The paperwork was taken care of efficiently and Homar treated me to coffee while I waited for my insurance to fax in necessary documents. This gentleman is a very competent sales person; he senses the needs of his customers and in no way puts unnecessary pressure on them. Homar also took the time to explain all the Honda's features to me and I departed Copeland driving my new car and feeling both relieved and satisfied. Congratulations to Copeland Toyota for selecting its sales people with care and concern for the needs of the public. I have recently tried to do business with them as well, but have been unable to come up with a fair price. Got the exact deal I wanted elsewhere (the price they essentially told me was impossible to do and that their best offer was going to be in line with every other dealer around and they advised me to be cautious of a bate and switch with other toyota dealers all via email). I know last time my parents bought a car from copeland they tried to lowball them on their trade-in and they had to argue a fair price on the car. I never got to negotiate the trade-in with them because the vehicle price was way far off other estimates. My experience at copeland is that you will have to haggle every price with them. I would buy elsewhere, but I would still get an estimate from them just to have multiple offers on the table to compare. Don't become a loyal customer to a single dealer. Always shop around is what I would stress the most! More

I was able to email the team to confirm the vehicle was there, and I was also able to get a pretty good estimate on my trade in before arriving. Traveling from out of state, I did not want to waste my time, or the teams time if the trade in was way off. Upon arrival they were extremely fair with the trade, which made the entire process go much faster. Specifically working with John, Mario and Shahzad made the entire process go quickly and easily (no one wants to spend two days at a dealership, these guys sped the process right along!!) My credit score wasn't the greatest and every dealership I went to told me that I would need a co-signer in order to get the car I was looking for. But then I found myself at Copeland Toyota, working with Mary Lopez and Mario Rocha. Mary told me all about their leasing programs, and educated me on the differences between leasing and buying. She made me feel comfortable, she was very patient with me, and she was able to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. Mario, who took care of the financial part, was very helpful and did a great job explaining the additional services that they offer. He even took the time to help me set up my automatic payments! The wonderful people at Copeland Toyota were able to get me into a car that I love, at a price that I am comfortable with-- with no co-signer! I am so happy with my new 2015 Toyota Corolla! :) More
