Thank you for your feedback Mr. Albanese. We are sorry you are unhappy with your experience with us. To recap, you were in for service on Thursday July 10th with a water leak inside the vehicle. One of our service writers inspected the vehicle and in his opinion, it was being caused by a backed up or clogged air conditioning drain. The advisor then explained that the repair would not take that long once the technician got to work on it. You then walked outside and saw your vehicle parked and not being worked on and thought you were being charged for the time it was parked on our lot. We do not charge when the car is waiting in the queue to be worked on, only for the time the technician is working on the vehicle. Ultimately, the advisor did not charge you at all for this service because it was a long wait time and a quick repair. We hope that we still have the ability to earn your business.
