I purchased a 2008 Camry after 22,000 miles I had warped rotors and that effected my brakes, they resurfaced my rotors at no cost but I had to pay for the front brakes even though I had two mechanics tell rotors and that effected my brakes, they resurfaced my rotors at no cost but I had to pay for the front brakes even though I had two mechanics tell me the brakes only worn because of the rotors. At 41,000 miles it happend again this time I demanded new rotors, (not for sure if they did it or not) They covered the rotors not the brakes again. This time all brakes had to be replaces so did all the rotors. That was 3 sets of front brakes and 2 sets of back brakes and two sets of rotors under 42,000 miles. I have never owned a vehicle that I had to replace brakes or rotors at 22,000 miles They wouldn't cover my brakes because I was not a LOYAL CUSTOMER. I have owned two toyota's and because I have my car serviced(oil, tires rotated etc.) somewhere else I was not considered a loyal customer. I spent $20,000 on the car brand new. I called corporate and they told me that was the reason I didn't get the brakes replaced for free. I will never ever buy a toyota and my friends after hearing my experience will not buy one either if they do it will not be from Copeland. More

Copeland was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. My wife was involved in a horrible car accident and her vehicle was a total loss. I've given a mixed rating of good to great because the combination of great customer service mixed with good solid work performed on my truck is what Copeland Toyota did. I was promptly greeted, checked in and provided a detailed list of the work that will done upon requesting a 45k service. The quality of work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the dealership employees were friendly throughout. I give the price a 'ok' because it is my mindset that if I am constantly bringing my vehicle back to the same dealership for service then I should be given a better price than those customers who are one stop shoppers. At the very least a loyalty discount plus coupon from the dealer would be nice for going there everytime for all my service needs. More
Shawn was great. He took me through the steps of accurring my 2011 Toyota Corrola like a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. His knowlage of each vehicle I was considering was second to none. Sales rep and manager were upfront with all costs;no hidden costs nor sneaky tactics. Even after signing to buy car and then sitting with the finance manager was a pleasant experience because there was no pressure to buy additional items, such as , extended warranty or anti-theft devices,etc. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. This is my first Toyota, and if I like the car and intend to buy another Toyota, I will definitely buy from Copeland Toyota again. More
